What are your business hours for drop-off and pick-up?
Our business hours for drop-off and pick-up are 8am-8pm Monday through Saturday and 9am-1pm
Do you require vaccinations for dogs staying at your facility?
Yes, we require up-to-date vaccinations to ensure the safety and health of all our guests. Please provide proof of vaccination upon arrival.
Can I schedule a tour of your facility before making a reservation?
Of course! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a tour to see our facility and meet our team. Just give us a call to set up a convenient time.
How are dogs with special dietary or medical needs accommodated?
Dogs with special dietary or medical requirements will receive personalized care. Please provide detailed instructions, and our staff will ensure your dog’s needs are met.
What measures do you take to ensure the safety and security of the dogs in your facility?
The safety and security of the dogs in our facility are our top priorities. We have strict protocols, secure fencing, controlled entry systems, and round-the-clock surveillance. Our staff is trained to handle any situation that may arise. We also provide live streaming of our daycare so you can monitor your dog while he/she is in daycare.
Is there a separate area for small or timid dogs, and how are playgroups organized?
We have designated areas for small or timid dogs. Playgroups are organized based on size, temperament, and compatibility to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
What is the daily routine for dogs in your care, including exercise and rest times?
Our daily routine includes playtime, exercise, meals, and rest periods. Dogs receive a balanced mix of activities and relaxation to keep them happy and healthy.
What is your cancellation policy, and are there any fees for last-minute changes?
No cancellation fees for daycare! You can cancel anytime but please email or call us beforehand! For boarding you must cancel 48 hours prior to your dogs first stay with us. You will be charged half of the total amount if you do not cancel in time. For major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year’s Eve and Labor Day you must cancel a week prior to your dog’s first stay otherwise we you will be charged in full. For scheduled dog walks you must cancel 24 hours beforehand otherwise you will be charged in full.
Do you offer grooming or additional services during a dog's stay?
We currently do not offer grooming but we will in the future! Please inquire about specific services and pricing when making your reservation.
How do you handle emergencies or medical situations involving the dogs?
We have trained staff who can handle emergencies, including basic first aid and CPR. We also have a network of local veterinarians on call for any serious medical situations.
